If you read one thing
The feeds are market numbers and hold nothing about you. We keep only what we need to run the site and the API: your address if you join the waitlist, your message if you write to us, and, for API users, your account, the identity check before production keys, and how you use the API. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

01Who we are
Atheron Barometer is a service of Atheron Network Inc., which is responsible for the personal information described here.
02What the feeds contain
The readings are calculated from public market prices and from the token supply that public blockchains record. They contain no personal information about anyone.
03What we keep

04Where it is stored
Everything we keep is stored in Canada, in our cloud provider's Canadian region. Our verification provider and Cloudflare process what they need under their own notices.

Each provider is bound by a contract to use the information only for that purpose. We update this notice before we add a provider that handles personal information.
06What we never do
- sell personal information, or share it for advertising;
- send you anything but news about Atheron Barometer from the waitlist;
- track you across other websites.
07Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we keep about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at privacy@aton-network.org. You can leave the waitlist from the link in any email we send. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the authority where you live.

We publish a new version of this notice with its date first, and earlier versions stay readable on this page.
